4th International Virtual Conference in Clinical Communications and Hypnotherapy

Covid changed everything at work and at home. Irrespective of continent or country, this understandably created stress and a sense of chaos for a significant number of the world’s population. Thankfully, this also gave us the opportunity to bring about positive change to our lives. People have now become more aware of mental health issues, are holding constructive conversations about how we can achieve a better work/life balance, improve personal health, manage our stress, and find greater fulfilment in life.

This conference takes the opportunity to showcase the different ways that clinical hypnotherapy continues to address post-pandemic mental well-being both at work and at home. It also provides an opportunity to highlight some of the work that the global community of clinical hypnotherapists have been carrying out to help make a significant difference to people’s lives as society readjusts to post-covid living.
